GUi's global partners visit Changfeng for collaboration

The Grand Union of Innovation (GUi), a tech hub based in Hefei, East China’s Anhui province, arranged for its global partners to visit Hefei's Changfeng county on Aug 26, in an effort to foster mutual understanding and cooperation through on-site visits and discussions.

Over 50 participants, including representatives from Changfeng county, GUiTEK, and its global partners, attended the event.

In recent years, Changfeng county has focused on emerging industries such as new energy vehicles, synthetic biology, and intelligent equipment. It has successfully established three major scientific facilities and attracted two global partners to establish bases in the county, thanks to its enhanced innovative ecosystem.

The event commenced with a visit to the Aircraft Lightning Protection Laboratory of Hefei Hangtai Electrophysics in Gangji township, followed by an exploration of green technology innovation in AHB Global, a leading synthetic biology company.

The visit provided partners with insights into Changfeng's industrial foundation and innovation capabilities in high-end manufacturing and biotechnology sectors.

During the discussion session, representatives from Changfeng county elaborated on industrial policies and infrastructure development, clearly presenting the county's industrial layout and needs.

Representatives from GUiTEK shared the latest achievements of its partners and highlighted key initiatives. Additionally, the scenario service partner, Anhui Open Automotive Ecosystem Laboratory, unveiled a list of high-quality scenario opportunities.

This visit marked the fourth time that the GUi has organized a "partners visit" and acted as an open invitation from Changfeng to its partners.

Through exchanges, GUi's global partners and Changfeng county identified collaboration opportunities in new energy vehicles, synthetic biology, and high-end equipment, facilitating the integration of global innovation resources with Changfeng's unique industries.

Looking ahead, the GUi plans to continue to create communication platforms and expand open cooperation by blending global innovation with local industries.
