Against the backdrop of a rapidly changing global economic landscape and various challenges facing the global economy, the forum will center on the theme of "financial opening-up and cooperation for high-quality development in a changing global economy".
Zhou Xiaoquan, executive deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Financial Regulatory Bureau, highlighted four key features of this year's forum: authoritative voices from central financial authorities, a diverse gathering of international guests, a focus on openness and cooperation, and discussions on cutting-edge financial topics.
Notably, leaders of major financial regulatory bodies and the Shanghai government will deliver speeches, and several significant financial policies are expected to be announced during the event.
Since its inception in 2008, the Lujiazui Forum has become a leading platform for financial dialogue and policy announcements in China, playing a crucial role in advancing the country's financial reforms and opening-up efforts.
