The East China regional headquarters of Reignwood Group will be established in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, according to a signing ceremony between Reignwood and the Wuxi municipal government on Aug 10.
The East China regional headquarters project includes a $130-million East China settlement center for fast moving consumer goods, the China headquarters of energy drink brand War Horse, and foundations for the scientific and technological industry as well as cultural education.
The project is expected to bring FMCG-related leading and listed enterprises to Wuxi.
Du Xiaogang, Party secretary of Wuxi, thanked Reignwood for its support of Wuxi's economic and social development, saying that the group is an old friend of Wuxi and it has been investing in the city for 10 years.
Du expressed hope that Reignwood will seize the opportunity to bring in more projects and resources to Wuxi.
He also promised to offer efficient services and create a favorable business environment to Reignwood.

Reignwood Group has been focusing on the real economy and green development and protecting outstanding traditional Chinese culture and contemporary art via the Reignwood Cultural Foundation, noted Yan Bin, president of Reignwood Group, at the signing ceremony.
He added that Wuxi boasts not only a strong real economy, but also a profound culture and he believes that their cooperation has strong potential.
Founded in 1984, Reignwood Group specializes in FMCG, mass health, strategic investment industries, and financial leases. To date, the group has generated 300 billion yuan ($44.49 billion) in output and offered millions of jobs.
