Chongchuan firm honors for advancing FDI in Jiangsu

The 15th list of regional headquarters and functional institutions of multinational companies in Jiangsu province was recently announced. Nantong MemTech Technology Co Ltd located in Nantong's Chongchuan district, was included.

With this recognition, Nantong now boasts 13 provincial-level regional headquarters and functional institutions of multinational companies, reflecting its growing appeal to global businesses.

MemTech Technology, a wholly Singaporean-owned enterprise, was established in August 2006. The company specializes in designing and producing structural and aesthetic components for electronic devices and modules, with applications spanning industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, communications, and healthcare. As a high-tech enterprise emphasizing research and manufacturing, MemTech Technology has positioned itself as a leader in its field.

The company has adopted advanced management models and established a postdoctoral innovation base in Jiangsu. Over the years, it has focused on providing R&D and design services for control modules in domestic and international electronic equipment, assembling a highly skilled professional team. MemTech is recognized as one of the most versatile manufacturers in the Chinese mainland's control module industry, with self-developed capabilities in designing and producing high-precision electroforming molds.

MemTech has also forged long-term partnerships with global automotive interior giants such as Germany's Kostal and Hella and the United States' Lear Corporation. Leading car manufacturers, including FAW, Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford, Honda, and Toyota, have recognized its automotive electronic modules.

Nantong has attracted over 12,000 foreign investment projects from 129 countries and regions, with a total investment nearing $160 billion. Additionally, 42 Fortune Global 500 companies have invested in 64 projects in the city, further solidifying Nantong's role as a hub for global business.
