Rudong county recently issued its first business license processed through the newly launched "One-Stop Enterprise Migration" platform. With the license, Nantong Diedai Shuangjiao Technology completed its cross-regional relocation from Chongchuan district to Rudong county on the same day.
Traditionally, business migration involved multiple steps, including submitting applications to both the destination and original locations, along with lengthy paper-based document transfers. This process was often time-consuming and inefficient. To address these challenges, Jiangsu officially launched the "One-Stop Enterprise Migration" system on Jan 16, streamlining the registration process by optimizing workflows and enhancing data sharing.
With the new platform, businesses no longer need to apply separately at their original location. Instead, they can simply submit a change of address application to the destination registration authority. Paper-based files are processed online, with real-time tracking and traceable progress updates.
The platform also integrates migration processes across tax, social security, healthcare, and housing provident funds, involving five departments and nine business-related services. This digital solution significantly reduces processing time, enhances efficiency, and lowers administrative costs, improving the overall experience for enterprises relocating within the province.
