The Xian'an Apartments, the first talent housing project in Chongchuan district, Nantong, has begun its housing selection process.

So far, five graduate and doctoral degree holders have selected their homes and paid the deposit.

On the east side of Shengli Road and the north side of Shengtai Road, Xian'an Apartments is surrounded by several key industrial parks, including the Nantong Zhongguancun Information Valley and Tongzhou Electronics Industrial Park, offering a prime location. The residential community consists of five high-rise buildings surrounding a central garden. The apartments are delivered with high-end finishes, featuring modern amenities like central air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a fresh air system.

What sets Xian'an Apartments apart from regular talent housing is its blend of high-quality residential spaces. It includes both sales-oriented residential apartments and rental single apartments, catering to the diverse housing needs of talented individuals.

Chongchuan has introduced a special housing subsidy plan to support talent in purchasing homes. Under this plan, talent with a bachelor's degree or higher who do not own property in Chongchuan can receive subsidies of 500,000 yuan ($68,771), 400,000 yuan, or 300,000 yuan, depending on their category.
