Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co Ltd, China's largest dairy firm, made it onto a 2017 list of the 500 most valuable brands in the world as published by Brand Finance, a British brands valuation consultancy.

As the only Chinese dairy brand on the list, Yili has successfully beaten hundreds of competitors by its insistence on strict quality control.

The company has been observing a quality standard above the national level, which is also required among all its partners across the industrial chain.

To reach the high standards required, it established a comprehensive quality control system to supervise every procedure during the manufacturing process.

It also employs a research team supported by top-class institutions worldwide to guarantee high-quality products, and continuous innovation.

Yili is now ranked among the top eight global dairy producers, with a gross income of over 60 billion yuan ($8.73 billion).
