More Chinese consumers choosing Yili products

Dairy producer Yili has become one of the most popular brands in China, according to the 2016 Global Brand Footprint Report published by Kantar Worldpanel, an international company dealing in consumer information, on May 19.

The report said that the number of consumers of Yili products has increased in recent years due to the expansion of the business. In 2016, 88.5 percent of Chinese urban families bought Yili products on an average of 7.8 occasions.

Analysts say that the reason why consumers are more likely to choose Yili products is that they trust the brand. The first factor affecting consumers’ choice of a certain product is its quality. Yili has built a complete quality management system, which consists of 80 test units, to ensure product safety and quality.

In recent years Yili has accelerated its research and development and launched a series of new products which meet more closely the diversified demands of its consumers.
