Nanhu Wetland Park

Nanhu Wetland Park, located at Yuquan district in Hohhot – capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- covers a total area of 1,165 hectares.
It is an ecological landscape built by the local government of Hohhot in 2005 and was opened to the public free of charge in September 2007.

The park consists of five areas, including a wetland area, a fishing area, a grassland area and an agricultural area.
The scenic spot utilizes low-lying terrain and convenient water storage conditions -- with the main purpose of restoring the wetlands ecosystem, relying on traditional grassland history and culture and shaping the unique grassland wetland landscape with Inner Mongolia characteristics.
