Liu Hua, deputy director of R&D and Innovation at Yili Liquid Milk Division collected the National May 1 Labor Medal on April 27.

The medal serves as an honorable title granted by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions to outstanding workers, enterprises, public institutions and organs in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is one of the highest prizes awarded to the Chinese working class.

Liu Hua was hailed as an outstanding representative of Yili Group's innovation team. He has 17 years of experience in liquid milk product technology research and development, and has solid research and development capabilities as well as recording an outstanding performance in the fields of liquid milk and beverages, such as pure milk, modified milk, yogurt, milk drinks and tea drinks.

Over the years, the team led by Liu has launched more than 190 products of 13 brands, including Jindian, Anmuxi, and Yousuanru.
