Snow sculpting contest lights up Hohhot’s winter wonderland

Hohhot's first-ever snow sculpting contest is underway from Dec 19 to 24 in Saihan district, marking the revival of the city's "ice and snow elements" this winter. The event has gathered 80 talented snow sculptors from across China to showcase their creativity and skills.
From over 370 submissions, 40 outstanding entries – including 15 from university students and 25 from professional artists – advanced to the finals. These intricate designs celebrate North China's vast beauty and Hohhot's cultural depth.
