Xiamen stresses production safety
The Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce recently gathered representatives of the city’s major commercial and trading enterprises and urged them to enhance production safety efforts.
The companies should strive to create its own safety culture so as to increase employee awareness of safety production.
The production lines must be streamlined with standard safety rules and feasible emergency plans, said the bureau.
Additionally, the companies should pay attention to investment in infrastructure safety, establish an accountability system for safety production, and hold safety production training for new employees.
