British e-commerce giants seek cooperation in Xiamen

The 13th World Business Leaders Roundtable, an important event of the 18th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen, will focus on business innovation and cross-border cooperation in era of e-commerce , in cooperation with the British government, the roundtable’s organizer said on Aug 18.

As a highlight of the roundtable is in-depth cooperation with the British government, it has attracted support from UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and the China Britain Business Council (CBBC). Opportunities in cross-border business cooperation are seen as beneficial for enterprises undertaking cross-border e-commerce from both China and Britain.

A meeting on exchanges of resources in China-UK cross-border e-commerce will be held on the afternoon of Sept 7, which will see delegations from ASOS, Net-A-Porter, Level39, HSBC, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, and House of Fraser participating.

The roundtable will be held at the Xiamen International Conference Center on Sept 7.
