Based on data from the National Bureau of Statistics, the national home rental price increased 2.6 percent in September compared with the same period last year, continuing their climb for 57 months in a row.
CityRE Data Co Ltd , a real estate information collecting and processing company, has ranked average home rental prices of 119 Chinese cities on its website in September.
