Xiamen's housing price ranks 5th in China at 18,747 yuan/m² in May

According to a report published by letfind.com, a Xiamen-based real estate website, Xiamen's new house prices ranked 5th in China with an average price of 18,747 yuan /m² in 2015. The top 10 cities with the highest new house prices in China in 2015 were:

1. Beijing, with an average new house price of 32,131 yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 2.12%.

2. Shanghai, with an average new house price of 31,670 yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 1.13%.

3. Shenzhen, with an average new house price of 30,615 yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 0.08%.

4. Sanya, with an average new house price of 25,046 yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 0.60%.

5. Xiamen, with an average new house price of 18, 747yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 0.49%.

6. Guangzhou, with an average new house price of 18, 484yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 1.02%.

7. Hangzhou, with an average new house price of 18, 208yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 0.87%.

8. Fuzhou, with an average new house price of 15, 569yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 0.12%.

9.Wenzhou, with an average new house price of 14, 870yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 0.98%.

10. Nanjing, with an average new house price of 13, 877yuan /m² and a month-on-month increase of 0.12%.
