Xiamen promotes trade in Macao and HK

Two promotional events highlighting the 18th China International Fair for Investment & Trade were launched in Macao and Hong Kong on June 23 and 25.

Speaking at the events, the deputy mayor of Xiamen, Ni Chao, said that Xiamen is a great place to invest in as it offers vast business opportunities in different sectors.

Ni invited multinational firms and business communities in Hong Kong and Macao to visit the 18th CIFIT in early September.

The 18th CIFIT is set to open on Sept 8 in Xiamen, Fujian province.

China's Belt and Road Initiative will be a key topic at this year's fair. Delegations from China's four major free trade zones in Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangdong and Fujian are expected to make an appearance at the investment and trade fair.
