Established in 2001, Xiamen-headquartered Yealink is a global brand that specializes in video conferencing, voice communications and collaboration solutions.

The company started out producing Skype USB phones and has since 2005 become the world's top USB supplier.

Yealink has strategic cooperation with top companies such as Microsoft and is the only domestic company that is recognized by the three giants in this space: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Tencent Meeting.

Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext board in 2017, Yealink now has a market value of over 70 billion yuan ($10.98 billion), the highest among Xiamen's listed companies.

The company's focus on research and development has been pivotal to its development. It currently spends 10 percent of its annual revenue on R&D every year. Yealink has also established its own development team, which is able to independently develop hardware structure, software systems, and algorithms.

As of the end of December 2020, Yealink has submitted more than 500 patent applications.

The company has developed a one-stop solution for video meetings and provides customized services for sectors spanning government affairs, medical care, education, finance, manufacture, real estate, transportation, energy, science and technology, and franchise.
