AliExpress, the largest cross-border export B2C platform in China, will establish a business operation center – its first one in Fujian province – in Xiamen Cross-border Electronic Commerce Industrial Park in Xiamen on March 8.

AliExpress is also the only cross-border export B2C platform in China that covers all countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, and the third largest English online shopping website in the world. It covers over 200 countries and regions, including Russia, the United States, Spain, France and Brazil with its number of global transactions exceeding 150 million.

After the business operation center is established, it will serve cross-border e-commerce businesses in Xiamen and surrounding areas to boost the industry's development and improve the competitiveness of foreign trade.

Xiamen Cross-border Electronic Commerce Industrial Park has been bolstering its efforts to create a quality ecosystem for cross-border e-commerce in recent years by attracting businesses and improving its operation service system.

To date, the industrial park has attracted the Amazon Global Selling project and the Shopee cross-border e-commerce incubation center. It is currently home to 825 registered companies, and it has attracted investments totaling about 3.7 billion yuan ($582.01 million).

The industrial park will keep beefing up its efforts to build itself into the largest cross-border e-commerce industry operation base in Fujian Province and a public service platform with the most comprehensive support and the most industrialized services.
