Xiamen's consumer satisfaction leads province

According to the China Consumers Association's recently released report on consumer satisfaction in 100 cities nationwide in 2021, Xiamen in Fujian province was placed 10th nationwide and first in the province in terms of customer satisfaction.

Xiamen received an 83.16 comprehensive score, whereas the average comprehensive score of 100 cities was 80.59.

The municipal bureau of commerce's initiatives in 2021 were the driving force behind Xiamen's favorable consumption environment.

The municipal bureau of commerce sponsored a spate of events in 2021 to promote integrity firms and foster a positive business climate. The bureau also established 10 role models of integrity enterprises in Xiamen to inspire other businesses, as well as credit rating evaluations for 117 businesses in the city.

In addition, the municipal bureau of commerce provides incentives to enterprises who practice integrity management, such as priority services.
