Xiamen in Fujian province will organize online consumption season that will last from April to June, involving e-commerce businesses, supermarkets, shopping malls, time-honored catering businesses, and exhibition platforms to carry out various promotional consumption activities.

A Xiamen city food life festival will be staged to pique people's interest in food while also providing tangible benefits to the general public.

A wide range of activities will be carried out via online service platforms. For example, Dingdong Maicai, a grocery delivery platform, will organize a five-year anniversary celebration event from May 5 to 20 in order to spread the idea of grocery shopping online to a wider audience.

In order to boost industries, Xiamen will host a slew of exhibitions. From April 28 to 30, the living goods show will bring together upstream brands and manufacturers, midstream anchors and platform channels, and downstream consumers.

An online stone fair and a Buddhist products exhibition will also hold year-round online exhibitions for both businesses and consumers.
