As an important part of this year's expo, the series of activities based on "Japanese funded enterprises in Fujian in the third quarter" yielded fruitful results.

According to Tetsuro Honma, Panasonic Group's global vice president, the group has been a part of China's development for 44 years and will be committed to the coordinated development of a better life and a sustainable development environment under a plan it calls the Panasonic Green Impact.

To promote good products made in China, Yiwu Small Commodity City, together with 16 Yiwu enterprises, shared a booth at the expo. After three days, 16 enterprises in the booth gained a total of 900 new WeChat friends, more than 500 potential customers and more than 5 million yuan ($701,400) of potential sales.

Nearly 30 mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms attended the event, including Amazon Global Store, Alibaba International Station and Shein.

As an emerging unicorn enterprise, Shein has developed rapidly in recent years. It was the first time for the company to showcase its products at the cross-border e-commerce event.
