The 2025 International Exhibition and Event Convention & Industrial Ecological Exhibition (IEEC) was held in Guangzhou on Feb 21-22. The event, which is the first of its kind in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao focusing on the entire industry chain, attracted over 1,500 representatives from the political, business, and academic sectors at home and abroad to discuss industry transformation.

This year's event saw the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, under the theme of "A City of Experiences, A Destination for Events", establish the "Zoom into Xiamen" exhibition area. 

Twenty-three enterprises including venues, conference companies, exhibition companies, and high-end brand hotels with over 50 representatives engaged in discussions on new industry trends with industry experts and business representatives from across the country, while also conducting negotiations and exhibition activities. This further enhanced the visibility and influence of Xiamen's industry.

The "Zoom into Xiamen" exhibition area promoted Xiamen's image as a fresh, beautiful, and elegant city with an event-friendly environment. It showcased Xiamen's "five goods" – good environment, good venues, good transportation, good services, and good hotels, attracting the attention and praise of many participants.

Yu Hao, deputy director of the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce and director of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Convention and Exhibition, invited industry experts and business leaders for in-depth discussions through live streams at the "Zoom into Xiamen" exhibition area, which became a highlight of the exhibition.

During the exhibition, Zhang Jianbin, director of the Xiamen Convention and Exhibition Promotion Center, provided detailed explanations of Xiamen's industrial policies, investment environment, and development opportunities to attending guests. 

In addition, the Xiamen delegation participated in the matchmaking activities organized by the conference, reaching preliminary cooperation agreements with multiple companies, laying the foundation for future collaboration.
