The cutting-edge SINODEU Medical Showroom was put into use in Suzhou New District, East China's Jiangsu province, following a launch ceremony held on Sept 20.
The demonstration center, jointly built by SINODEU Medical Co and four other German companies, filled in the gaps for China in laboratories that specialize in technology for operating rooms.
Feng Ping, president of SINODEU Medical, said they plan to offer the lab free of charge to the universities and R&D institutes in China for their experiments and teaching.
He added that they are set to sign agreements with Shanghai Tongji University and Suzhou University to provide internships for university students at the newly launched center.
Founded in 2018 in Suzhou New District, SINODEU Medical is a supplier of complete solutions for operating rooms and modern logistics transmission systems with German standards for Chinese hospitals.
Feng noted that in the near future, SINODEU Medical would complete an exhibition center.
It will feature material supplies and transportation technologies and personnel behavior management and analysis technologies to better solve the problems faced by Chinese hospitals, such as traffic jams and huge numbers of patients, Feng added.
The Suzhou district values the mass health industry and has built special industrial cluster zones for it.
These included a medical device sci-tech industry park and a Life and Health Town, both of which enjoy major influence in the mass health industry in China.
Officials said that Suzhou New District welcomes more leading companies like SINODEU Medical to bring in experts, projects and scientific achievements so as to boost high-quality development in the district.
