Suzhou city in East China's Jiangsu province launched a new app known as Suzhoudao to help local residents, business people, tourists, and foreigners manage their civil affairs by just a few clicks and swipes on the phone, local media reported.
The app offers services covering all the districts and county-level cities administered by Suzhou, which include cities of Zhangjiagang, Changshu, Taicang, Kunshan and districts of Wujiang, Wuzhong, Xiangcheng, Gusu, and Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou New District.
There are eight main categories, including top services, social security, public transportation, healthcare, leisure and tourism, culture and education, civil affairs, and people's livelihood.
