Suzhou New District in East China's Jiangsu province signed a cooperation agreement with Black Shark, a cutting-edge game technology company, on Aug 20.
According to the agreement, Black Shark will establish its national headquarters and listed entities in SND, building a research and development platform, as well as an operation platform.
This cooperation agreement will help the company actively introduce the upstream and downstream smart manufacturing industry chain, as well as the game culture industry chain, contributing to SND's efforts in improving its industrial strength and influence in the digital economy and smart phones sectors.
The establishment of Black Shark's national headquarters and listed entities will attract a number of R&D and operational staff members to SND, which will then provide SND with more talents in the smart hardware and information technology sectors.
As China's first gaming smartphone company, Black Shark has been working on developing a 360 degree gaming eco-system based on hardware, software, and services for gamers.
The company has applied for 629 patents. It has also launched nine mobile phones and related products.
