Innovation and entrepreneurship service company Dark Horse signed cooperation agreements with the China Suzhou Innovation Park in Suzhou New District on Aug 30 to build a demonstration base for companies' innovation and growth.
According to the agreements, Dark Horse will focus on scientific and technological innovation, industrial development, entrepreneurship and innovation to cultivate high-tech industrial clusters in SND.
The innovation-growth demonstration base will have three main goals.
The first is the construction of a scientific innovation center of the Yangtze River Delta region in the China Suzhou Innovation Park. The center will integrate exhibitions of sci-tech innovation, construction of innovative business environments, company cultivation, talent attraction, and other functions of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Second, Dark Horse will establish its YRD headquarters in Suzhou to provide highly advanced and high-quality intellectual property rights and innovation services. This headquarters will be staffed by more than 100 employees.
Third, a Suzhou industrial cluster accelerator will be established to help companies develop faster.
Over the past 10 years, Dark Horse has accelerated the growth of over 12,000 companies, in which 17 companies have been listed while 35 companies are waiting to be listed.
Dark Horse has cooperated with more than 60 investment institutions and industrial leading enterprises to build more than 40 industrial laboratories that provide solutions for sectors like industry internet, company services, consumption, health and entertainment.
