Adicon Group, a clinical laboratories company, signed an agreement with Suzhou New District on Sept 9 to establish its Yangtze River Delta region headquarters in the district.
With a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan ($232.38 million), the headquarters will include a general practice clinical laboratory, a special inspection center, a research and development center, and a nucleic acid testing base.
With a 500-million-yuan investment, the first phase of the headquarters project is expected to increase and expand the company's service in the YRD region. It is estimated that the company will generate nearly 600 million yuan in revenue in the next three years, as well as provide high-end precision medical testing services to medical institutes and patients.
The second phase is designed to be built into a 3-hectare large-scale international clinical laboratory center.
Adicon Group has been deeply involved in the field of third-party medical testing for nearly 20 years. It has set up nearly 30 medical laboratories across the country and provided more than 2,800 testing items. It has established cooperation with 40,000 medical institutions, providing services to nearly 300,000 patients per day.
