Elevators of "Snow Ruyi"
Situated in the Zhangjiakou Competition Zone, the National Ski Jumping Center is nicknamed "Snow Ruyi" for resembling the shape of a "Ruyi", a traditional Chinese ornamental object that people carry for luck. The center is the world's largest ski jumping venue and is outfitted with two inclined elevators produced by Suzhou Rhine Lift Manufacture Co. This is the longest large load variable-angle inclined elevator project in the world and also the first variable-angle inclined elevator project in China.
