Metoak, a high-tech enterprise based in Suzhou New District, East China's Jiangsu province, recently won a technological innovation product award of the eighth Capek Prize, local media outlets reported.

The S3 series cameras, award-winning products independently-developed by Metoak, represent the enterprise's dedication to intelligent stereo vision chips and solutions.

The cameras, which have adopted the second-generation ASIC deep computing chip independently developed by the enterprise, are a binocular stereo style that has high cost effectiveness, accuracy, stability and integration and low power dissipation. It has a wide variety of uses.

The cameras have been used for low-speed unmanned vehicles, drones, unmanned logistics vehicles, commercial cleaning robots, commercial lawn mowing robots, and distribution robots.

Founded in 2014, the Capek Prize serves as an important platform to promote the development of the robotics industry and has grown into one of the most significant awards in China's robotics field, known as the "Nobel Prize" in robotics.
