Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, launched its season-long series of employment and entrepreneurship activities on Nov 7, according to local media reports.

The program is being hosted by the municipal government and organized by the municipal human resources and social security bureau. It will mainly carry out activities such as recruitment drives, displays of outstanding entrepreneurial projects and vocational skills training sessions.

In the fourth quarter of 2020, Hohhot city will target unemployed college graduates, registered unemployed persons, those with difficulties in finding employment, farmers and herdsmen, as well as impoverished laborers.

After a comprehensive investigation into the situation of key groups, an employment service for college graduates and registered unemployed personnel will be launched.

This will encourage key groups to start their own businesses and farmers and herdsmen to return to their hometowns to start businesses.
