The Horinger New Area will make sure that the special funding for the channel to be in place as soon as possible, and ask the operator to confirm the final technical proposal and to carry out the bidding and purchasing work for related communication equipment and monitoring equipment. It is expected that the channel will be completed and put into operation by the end of this year.
Upon completion, the channel will help improve the new area's international communication network performance and local companies' experiences when visiting international websites. Also, it will help improve international telecommunications service quality, the local business environment, effectively and safely guarantee the operation of companies' foreign-related businesses and management of their branches, and support the new area's goal of developing new industrial clusters.
