Hohhot ranks 46th in business soft environment competitiveness

Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, ranked 46th among domestic cities in terms of business soft environment competitiveness, according to the 19th Report on China's Urban Competitiveness released recently.
The report, jointly released by the Institute of Financial Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the China Social Sciences Press, evaluates the soft business environment competitiveness of 291 cities across the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in terms of social security, marketization, openness, property rights protection, universities, and business convenience.
