On June 12, the 2024 Kantar BrandZ Most Valuable Global Brands list was released, and Yili Group once again ranked as the top global dairy brand.

The recognition follows Yili's top position in the "2024 Global Brand Value 500" by Brand Finance, further highlighting the company's robust presence on the world stage.

The Kantar BrandZ list combines financial value with consumer perceptions to reflect a brand's true worth.

Yili's success has been attributed to its continued innovation and commitment to providing high-quality products and services.

Since becoming the first dairy company in Asia to report annual operating income topping 100 billion yuan ($13.78 billion), Yili has maintained its market leadership, driving Chinese dairy to global prominence.

Despite a volatile global economy, Yili has consistently achieved growth, with a 31-year streak of revenue increases.

The latest financial report shows a record-breaking revenue of 126.18 billion yuan in 2023, with the first quarter of 2024 reaching 32.58 billion yuan. Yili now leads in various segments – including ambient milk, chilled dairy and ice cream.

Yili's international expansion includes 81 production bases and partnerships in over 60 countries, with a 10.08% increase in overseas revenue in 2023. The company's innovation centers in Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia focus on pioneering dairy technologies, enhancing Yili's product offerings such as organic milk and probiotic yogurt.

Kantar's 2024 analysis is said to suggest that Chinese brands are becoming increasingly vital in the global market. Moving forwards, plans are for Yili – as a leading dairy brand – to continue to partner globally, showcasing the strength of Chinese dairy on the world stage.
