Hohhot deepens Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei service integration
As of April 16, the number of cross-regional administrative services under the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Hohhot collaboration has grown to 264. These services cover high-demand areas related to business operations and personal affairs, such as reissuing business licenses, reimbursement for inpatient and outpatient expenses, pension applications, and housing provident fund withdrawals.
Hohhot's main service windows for this initiative have been extended to Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, allowing government departments in all four regions to support each other and provide full-process handling, approval, and proxy services.
In addition, individuals can remotely apply for high-frequency services in 13 districts of Beijing (including Chaoyang and Daxing), six districts of Tianjin, and 28 cities and regions in Hebei province through the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Hohhot service windows.
Hohhot's administrative service departments provide proxy handling and postal transfer services. The services cover key areas such as business registration, construction permits, marriage and childbirth registration, employee social insurance, and healthcare.
Since joining the Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei regional service collaboration network, Hohhot has integrated its main administrative service hall with Beijing’s sub-center (Tongzhou district) via a shared platform.
The city has adopted a service model that relies on "cloud windows" for remote video processing, supplemented by online applications, self-service terminals, and mobile platforms. This enables enterprises and the public to enjoy free, remote, and proxy administrative services.
