Yili Group and Genertec Health & Senior Care Co signed a strategic cooperation agreement on May 30 to deepen collaboration in elderly nutrition, health services, and ecosystem development. The partnership aims to promote integrated "nutrition + care" solutions and support the national Healthy China strategy.

The two parties will leverage their respective strengths – Yili's expertise in dairy innovation and Genertec's specialization in elderly care – to jointly develop age-friendly nutrition solutions and explore innovative service models.

As part of the agreement, the companies will also launch targeted public welfare initiatives to deliver practical health support to elderly communities. This builds on Yili's ongoing efforts in the field as well as its long-standing elderly nutrition improvement program, which has reached over 40,000 seniors across 400 communities in 15 provinces in China.

This collaboration marks the start of a new chapter in aligning the capabilities of leading dairy and central State-owned enterprises to pioneer integrated eldercare models, foster sustainable value, and improve national well-being.
