Yili Group hosted its third Zero-Carbon Alliance and Low Water Footprint Initiative Summit in Hohhot on June 16, revealing a series of major sustainability achievements.

The company announced that 90 percent of its 154 alliance members have completed low-carbon transitions. It also launched China's first comprehensive carbon management platform for the dairy sector, now fully operational across all Yili factories.

The summit highlighted Yili's role in setting 12 international and national standards, including contributions to the world's first ISO ESG framework. Key initiatives in carbon and water footprint management were expanded, with 70+ products completing carbon footprint calculations and over 60 partners joining the global low water footprint alliance.

Yili also released its 19th sustainability report and was once again awarded top-tier ratings by leading ESG evaluation agencies – recognition of its long-term leadership in green development. Through digital tools, talent development, and joint research efforts, the company continues working to achieve carbon neutrality in its value chain by 2050.
