The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer Exchange Conference was held at the Smart City Command Center in Hohhot on Nov 18. The event highlighted Hohhot's strengths and future plans for AI industry development, announced the establishment of a long-term operational mechanism for the Hohhot AI public service platform, and formed the Qingcheng Developer Professional Committee. These initiatives aim to accelerate the creation of Hohhot's innovative AI development ecosystem and support the high-quality growth of the "AI+" sector.

The conference offered an interpretation of the technical architecture for the planned AI public service platform. This platform addresses core issues like high computational costs in industrial development by establishing four main components: a computing power platform, model development toolchain, data toolchain, and application development toolchain. It builds a comprehensive AI public service system featuring "computing power scheduling + technical support + data services + application development", and lowers barriers and innovation costs for AI applications across industries.

The conference also announced the long-term operational mechanism for the Hohhot AI public service platform. This mechanism will follow a "government-guided, market-operated" model to jointly oversee Hohhot's trusted data space, develop the AI public service platform, and foster a technical exchange community for developers. The goal is to create a technology innovation environment that is open and shared, yet secure and reliable.

During the case-sharing segment, representatives from several outstanding companies showcased innovative AI technology applications and achievements in fields such as government services, offering valuable practical experience and references for attendees.

The establishment of the Qingcheng Developer Professional Committee marked the creation of a high-level exchange platform in Hohhot, capable of pooling resources and strengthening collaboration – an important step toward promoting standardized industry development and facilitating deeper integration among industry, academia, research, and application.

The Hohhot big data management bureau will continue to accelerate the construction of the AI public service platform, improve industry support policies, and use the platform as a foundation to nurture more AI companies and innovation teams with core competitiveness.
