"Our farm utilizes smart greenhouses and hydroponic technology. Through a precise drip irrigation system, we deliver water and nutrients to crops according to their growth needs, significantly improving fertilizer efficiency while ensuring high yields and excellent quality," said Xia Zihan, the company's general manager.

Beyond traditional farming, the farm has embraced diversification, integrating agriculture, culture, and tourism. "We have created a leisure and entertainment zone tailored for corporate team-building events and family gatherings," Xia explained. Visitors can unwind in tea lounges, barbecue areas, and recreational spaces. After a day of fruit and vegetable picking, they can relax in tents and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

Government support has played a crucial role in the farm's development. "Authorities have been incredibly helpful in organizing training sessions at agricultural research institutes," Xia noted.

The farm employs a flexible labor model, offering both permanent maintenance and seasonal jobs, providing local farmers with employment opportunities and boosting their incomes.
