The Huizhou Sculpture Museum, located in the Huizhou Sculpture Teaching Base at No 126 Yingbin Avenue in the district, is a protection unit for a national intangible cultural item – Huizhou bamboo carving – and is also a national intangible cultural heritage protection and research center.

The exhibition hall on the first floor of the museum exhibits the four Huizhou-style carving crafts from different periods of China. To display the different types of carvings more vividly, there are action figures to simulate them being made by masters and artisans.

There are art collections from modern sculpture masters, as well as Huizhou-style carving study experience activities on the second floor.
