Industrial enterprises in Yixian county – administered by Huangshan city, in Anhui province – are speeding up production to achieve a full year's progress.
Yixian Ziheng Textile Co Ltd is engaged in the production and sales of textiles and chemical fibers, with products mainly exported to Europe and the United States.
From January to September, the enterprise achieved an output value of over 39 million yuan ($5.85 million), up 34.5 percent year-on-year. With two new high-speed elastic yarn machine production lines put into production at full capacity, the enterprise is striving to achieve an output value of over 60 million.
Anhui Canyuan Home Textile Co Ltd is also ramping up efforts to speed up production. With an output value of over 84 million yuan from January to September – up 59.2 percent year-on-year – it has increased its production units from four groups to six.
"Sales are currently relatively good. Our overall goal this year is 100 million yuan, a 30 percent year-on-year increase," said Zhu Weimin, general manager of the enterprise.
Yixian has provided guidance to enterprises above designated size – those with an annual revenue of 20 million yuan or more – helping them to cope with difficulties and to boost their development this year.
Plans are for Yixian to accelerate the construction of current projects, sign a number of new industrial projects and continue to strengthen local leading industries.
