Flocks of wild geese have arrived at Xin'anyuan village, administered by Xiuning county in Huangshan city, Anhui province.

Xin'anyuan village is positioned at the source of the Xin'an River, with beautiful mountains, clear water and excellent ecology. The pristine natural environment and the villagers' awareness of wildlife protection have led to more and more species of birds going there.

"We have green mountains and clear waters," said local villager Li Faquan.
"Apart from the geese, there are various kinds of birds such as wild chickens, ducks, and egrets," Li added.
"I hope we can further protect the environment and make our hometown a bird's paradise."
