To enhance the travel experience of global visitors and promote cultural exchange, Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area has partnered with Alipay, a digital payment and lifestyle platform in China, launching an initiative to appeal to more visitors.
The initiative of creating an international visitor friendly scenic spot marks the first collaboration between scenic area and payment platform in the country, and aims to provide a seamless and convenient digital and cultural experience for tourists from around the world.

The initiative is noted in three features of supporting diverse payment options, digitalizing tour guidance, and promoting Huizhou culture.
To ensure a smooth and inclusive payment experience for all visitors, Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area has adopted various payment methods. Tourists can now choose from a range of options, including linking your card issued by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover and Diners Club International to your Alipay wallet, saving everyone from any payment-related hassles.
You can also make a direct payment with wallet apps below if you are a registered user: AlipayHK, Touch'n Go eWallet, Kakao Pay, MPay, HiPay, Changi Pay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay, TrueMoney, Naya Pay, and OCBC Digital.

Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area has also introduced customized red packet codes for global visitors in Alipay app. These special codes allow incoming visitors to scan and receive red packets or various benefits, adding an extra layer of excitement and value to their travel experience.
Recognizing the importance of language accessibility and cultural immersion, the initiative has integrated a multi-language tour guide service into the "Huangshan Mountain" mini-program on Alipay. This feature enables tourists to effortlessly navigate the scenic area and gain insights into the rich cultural heritage of Huizhou surrounding the scenic area.
Alipay is committed to further expanding this program to other renowned tourist destinations across the country. The goal is to create a network of interconnected scenic areas that provide a consistently welcoming and digitally enhanced experience for global travelers, promoting local rich cultural heritage and natural wonders to the world.
Building upon the foundation of convenience, the partnership extends to the promotion of Huizhou culture.
