The iconic "Chunhua Garden" in Frankfurt, a traditional Hui-style garden built in the 1980s with components and craftsmen from Huangshan, remains a testament to this enduring friendship. The garden serves as a cultural bridge, reflecting the rich heritage of Huangshan and fostering mutual appreciation.

In 2015, Huangshan and the city of Stralsund formalized their sister city relationship. This partnership has led to significant educational exchanges, particularly between Huangshan University and Stralsund University of Applied Sciences. The Free Home Treehouse World, designed partly by Germany's Andre Design Company, offers a unique and immersive experience for visitors. This project exemplifies the deepening ties and shared creative endeavors between Huangshan and Germany.
