Huangshan's Yixian Tourism Resort achieves national recognition

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has designated the Huangshan Yixian International Rural Tourism Resort as a national-level tourist destination. Nestled in Yixian county, Huangshan, Anhui province, the resort spans 35 square kilometers and serves as a vibrant showcase of Hui culture.

The resort features a diverse array of attractions, each highlighting the rich cultural and natural heritage of the region. The Mukun bamboo sea, famed for its lush bamboo forests and as a filming location for the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Visitors can explore the historic Lucun village, known for its well-preserved Huizhou-style residences and deep familial heritage.

Tachuan scenic area, another key attraction, offers stunning red leaf landscapes and a unique layout, making it a favorite among photographers and artists. The Xiuli Film and Television City nearby exemplifies the successful preservation and utilization of ancient residences, providing a picturesque backdrop for various artistic productions.

A highlight of the resort is Sai Jinhua's Former Residence, which tells the fascinating story of Sai Jinhua through well-maintained Huizhou-style gardens. Nearby, Qishu Lake enchants visitors with its tranquil beauty and scenic vistas, adding to the resort's allure.
