As Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, Huangshan city is gearing up for a series of exciting activities to celebrate the festive season.
In Tunxi district, the inaugural Mid-Autumn Mooncake Cultural Festival will take place at the Huizhou Cake and Pastry Museum on Sept 15. Liyang in-Lane will host a traditional Chinese style outdoor bazaar from Sept 15 to 17. At the Tuxi River Street Dock, a Mid-Autumn Poetry and Music Concert will be held on September 16th. Sanjiangkou Fashion District will showcase intangible cultural heritage performances.

Throughout the festival period, various homestays and scenic spots in Huangshan district will organize traditional activities to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival.
In Huizhou district, visitors can partake in traditional festivities such as the long table banquet at Yansi Old Street, the “bask in autumn” at Dalingshan Tourist Resort, and the Fish Lantern Parade in Xixinan village.

Traditional intangible cultural heritage activities will be held in Shexian, Xiuning, Yixian, and Qimen counties.
Mid-Autumn Festival activities in Mount Huangshan Scenic Area will include a Mid-Autumn market, evening gala, moon viewing, mooncake making, and more.
