From Nov 5 to 10, the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) is being held in Shanghai. A trading delegation from Huangshan city is heading to the "CIIE appointment".
The 7th CIIE features 297 Fortune Global 500 companies and industry leaders, along with nearly 800 procurement groups from various countries participating in the exhibition and conference, marking a record-high attendance. This has drawn Huangshan enterprises with their "procurement lists", covering areas such as food and agricultural products, technical equipment, consumer goods, and service trade.
The CIIE serves as an excellent platform for investment promotion. The Huangshan delegation is engaging in investment promotion for an "outward-oriented economy". They are extending invitations to Fortune Global 500 companies, multinational company headquarters, and key exhibitors to invest in Huangshan, focusing on practical cooperation in industries such as information technology, design creativity, artificial intelligence, and high-end instrument and equipment manufacturing.
A representative from the Huangshan municipal bureau of commerce said that Huangshan will connect with the resources of CIIE exhibitors, focusing on facilitating trade transactions and attracting investments, especially foreign investment.
