Nicolas Cornet, a French photographer based in Dubai, has visited Mount Huangshan eight times and shared its breathtaking beauty through his photography with global audiences.

Since his first visit in 2016, Cornet has been captivated by their beauty, returning year after year. With each visit, he seeks new light, fresh compositions, and a renewed sense of reflection.

His latest exhibition, "Huangshan in Monochrome", featuring 25 black-and-white works displayed at February's Xposure International Photography Festival in Sharjah, reinterprets traditional Chinese landscape painting through Western photographic techniques.

The centerpiece, a large print depicting jagged peaks rising above cotton-like clouds, made a lasting impression on attendees, many of whom expressed a desire to experience Mount Huangshan in person. As Cornet shared, "The beauty of Huangshan is powerful and infectious.”

Over the years, he has witnessed significant improvements in accessibility, including transportation and international services, yet the mountain's timeless allure remains unchanged. Through his artistry, he continues to bridge cultures, inviting the world to appreciate the magic of Mount Huangshan.
