The following is the full text of the 2023 RCEP Huangshan Forum Initiative, which was made on June 9 at the 2023 RCEP Local Governments and Friendship Cities Cooperation (Huangshan) Forum that was held in Huangshan city, in East China's Anhui province on June 9-10.

We are in an era of cooperation and mutual benefit, as seeking new areas of openness in an uncertain world becomes a key to writing beliefs of mutual benefit and shared growth.
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement, the world's largest global free trade agreement, came into full effect on June 2, injecting strong momentum into the integration of the world economy and conveying confidence and hope for development.
Today, we gather in Huangshan and welcome visitors from all corners of the world to attend the "2023 RCEP Local Governments and Friendship Cities Cooperation (Huangshan) Forum". To strengthen cooperation among the governments of RCEP nations and friendship cities, we propose:
Building platforms together and strategizing economic and trade cooperation. We will actively construct international communication platforms, build regional cooperation bridges, establish effective promotion mechanisms in various aspects such as policy, funding and services to deeply implement and make good use of the RCEP, thus injecting new momentum into global economic recovery.
Share information and resources. We will actively promote investment information dissemination, establish investment contact points, facilitate efficient trade and investment within the region, fully utilize the business community resource advantages of RCEP member countries, promote the development of green industries such as new energy vehicles and clean energy, and push forward high-quality economic and trade cooperation among local governments and enterprises of RCEP member countries.
Enhance understanding of each other and explore potential of cultural and tourism cooperation. We will promote mutual understanding through cultural exchanges and dialogues, conduct comprehensive cultural and tourism exchanges, strengthen cultural heritage preservation and inheritance, deepen cooperation in cultural and tourism routes creation and promotion, and promote the integrated development of culture and tourism.
Enhance collaboration and boost common development. We will enhance the ability of SMEs to participate in and utilize the RCEP, support SMEs to form cooperative alliances around key industries, integrate SMEs into regional industrial chains and supply chain systems, stimulate the innovative power and entrepreneurial vitality of SMEs, and strive to achieve high-quality development.
Let's join hands with the governments of RCEP countries and business communities in friendship cities to use the "RCEP Local Governments and Friendship Cities Cooperation (Huangshan) Forum" as a new opportunity to innovate new platforms and promote the creation of a peaceful and stable anchor for the world, a source of growth, and a new highland of cooperation, injecting more certainty into world peace and development, and creating a better future together!
