Longer pre-boarding time needed at Zhuhai Airport

Zhuhai (Jinwan) Airport wants passengers to arrive earlier to ensure enough time for boarding procedures. As of March 25, they should be at the gate 40 minutes prior to boarding -- 10 minutes more than currently required.

Therefore, arrival at the airport is advised two hours before departure. Ticketed travelers should proceed to the security checkpoint as soon as possible because boarding gates will close 15 minutes before takeoff.

In the event of extreme weather conditions such as heavy fog or thunderstorms, travelers should contact the airline in advance to confirm flight details and adjust itineraries.
