About 822 years ago, during the Southern Song Dynasty, Wang Zhenggong, a native of Ningbo who governed Guilin, composed the poem "Quan Jia Shi" at the foot of Solitary Beauty Peak. He famously uttered the line "Guilin's scenery is the best under heaven". On May 12th, Wang Yibo and Wang Yifeng, the 43rd generation descendants of the Wang family, visited Solitary Beauty Peak in Guilin. They recited "Quan Jia Shi" with students at the original stele of Dushuyan, continuing the legacy of their family's heritage.
